We appreciate any and all donations, no matter how small, to help move this cause forward. We will ensure that these baskets are hand delivered and provide these families and individuals with a friend who understands the things they will be facing and can be a source of comfort when the challenges facing them are daunting and confusing. We are hoping to raise enough funds to put together 10-15 Hospital Survival kits initially, with the expectation that we will be able to reach out to families who have recently found out that their child has or will have a heart condition. This kind gesture and their friendship brought peace in a time of trouble and has inspired us to reach out together with this family and try to help others.

This family reached out to us and provided empathy and support by answering our questions about what to expect in the hospital and how to get through the challenges days ahead in the NICU, surgery recovery, and beyond.
